Makalu Base camp trekking is lies on the eastern part of Nepal. This adventure trekking starts from kathmandu by flight to Tumlingtar. This trek offers the fascinating view of Makalu, Chamalengmu and Baruntse.
On the way of this trekking we passes through fascinating mountain panorama view, different high and low lands, cultural villages, flora and fauna, lush green forest and untouched virgin wilderness. Not only that we can see the beautiful Barun River and passing through the lush forest of alpine and Rhododendron Jungle. Various ethnic groups, mainly the Sherpa, Rai, Limbu, Tamang, Gurung, Brahmin and Chhetri commuties are the inhabitants of this region.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu International Airport and Transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Full Day sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley.
Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar & drive to Khadbari & Num.
Day 04: Num- Seduwa – 5 hors approximately.
Day 05: Seduwa – Tashigaon 2065m. – 4 hours approximately.
Day 06: Tashigaon - Khongma – 6 hours approximately.
Day 07: Khongma - Mumbuk - 6 hours approx.
Day 08: Mumbuk - Yangle Khark – 6 hours approx.
Day 09: Yangle khark - Langmale - (half day rest) for Acclimatize.
Day 10: Langmale - Makalu Base camp 5000m. – 4 hours approx.
Day 11: Makalu Base Camp - Glacier camp 5500m. – 6 hours approx.
Day 12: Glacier - Trek to High glacier Camp 5700m. – 5.5 hours approx.
Day 13: Climb to Sherpini Pass West Col 6100m, descent to Baruntse B.C.
Day 14: Rest day.
Day 15: Baruntse Base camp - Panch Pokhori 5000m – 5 hours approx.
Day 16: Panch Pokari - cross Amphu lapsa pass 5780, decent Chukkung – 7hrs.
Day 17: Chhukung 4730m - Thyanboche 3800m. – 4 hours approx.
Day 18: Thyangboche – Namche Bazaar 3440m – Jorsalle 2800m. – 5 hours approx.
Day 19: Jorsalle – Lukla 2800m. – Approx. 5.5 hours approx.
Day 20: Fly Lukla - Kathmandu.
Day 21: Rest time for Self Souvenir Shopping time.Stay in Hotel.
Day 22: Transfer to Airport on time for Departure.
