According to Nepal Government the following places are strictly controlled to entry for foreigners. Lower Dolpo, Upper Dolpo, Upper Mustang, and Nar Phu valley, Manaslu, Kanchenjunga and Rara Lake. To visit these places trekkers should take especial trekking permit from Nepal Government. If the visitors want to trek this area they need to take special permit for that.
